Creating a user account
- On the JPay home page, click My Account.
- On the My Profile page, fill in the information then click Save. To learn more about your user account click here.

On the JPay home page, on the Navigation menu, click Phone Time.
- In the Add Funds to Phone Account box, click Buy Phone Time.
