I bought Tae Bo 2 in 2004. It is a great workout! Since the pandemic began in the U.S.A. in March of 2020, I had to buy this on DVD because my VHS copy is broken. It is a great cardio kickboxing workout for 2 30 minutes workouts. You are going to sweat! Get ready for a great workout! Highly recommended!

Also: The Special section is in fact just a string of more ads… no interview with Billy Blanks this time, and the Taebo Heroes section is just the infomercial all over again, unlike the original “Live” where individuals were interviewed in regard to their accomplishments. All in all a good purchase… a very good workout.
